Chief Judge Rodney W. Sippel signed an Order today, September 4, 2020 allowing public entry into all Eastern District courthouses, with social distancing standards throughout the building and additional public health and safety restrictions as needed by each courthouse agency. Remote access to courthouse functions will continue to be allowed in the manner set forth by each courthouse agency. The full Order is attached below.
