The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Federal Public Defender Offices of the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois are pleased to announce the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Seminar to be held Thursday, May 11, 2023, at the Thomas F. Eagleton Courthouse.  Attendance for this training is mandatory for every CJA Panel and Mentee Attorney.  Other attorneys who practice in the field of federal criminal law are also invited and registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis after all CJA Panel, Mentee Panel, and Federal Public Defender slots are filled.

This program is approved for 8.7 MCLE credit hours including 1.0 Ethics and 1.0 Elimination of Bias.  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. with welcome remarks at 8:30 a.m.  There is no cost to attend this seminar and lunch will be provided to pre-registered attorneys.
