The U.S. District Court's Southeastern Division Bench & Bar Seminar for federal practitioners will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the Rush Hudson Limbaugh U.S. Courthouse in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  This program has been approved for 5.0 MCLE including 1.0 in Ethics.  Doors open at 11:30 a.m. There is no cost to attend this seminar and lunch will be provided to pre-registered attorneys.

The Court’s Federal Practice Committee, which acts as a liaison between the Bench and Bar, will also be hosting a Town Hall listening session immediately after the CLE to gather input from the Bar on the Court’s practices, so please plan to attend that as well.
